By accessing or using SBN AI FORCE (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

SBN AI FORCE provides AI "employees" that assist with tasks such as marketing, sales, support, content, and administration.

The Service is available as a managed cloud subscription (SBN Cloud) and, for eligible customers, as a private cloud or on-prem deployment.

AI-generated output is provided to assist you; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it.

We may update, improve, or modify features of the Service over time.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Paid plans are billed on the cycle you select (for example monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Actions performed by AI employees consume work-credits included with your plan; additional credits may be purchased as top-ups.

Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.

Any money-back guarantee applies only as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and any content you provide complies with applicable laws.

You may not use the Service to generate content that infringes the rights of others or violates any third-party terms.

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to the Service.

You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

For private cloud and on-prem deployments, your data remains within your own environment.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors.

Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

As between you and us, output generated for you based on your inputs is yours to use, subject to your compliance with these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

AI-generated output may contain errors; we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

Certain provisions, including those relating to data, intellectual property, and liability, survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms and revising the date below.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The courts located in Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or the Service.
