How do the AI employees actually work?
You onboard the Brain once: each employee learns your business from your website and a few questions. From there they execute tasks on request, and they keep improving as they work with you.
Is there a free way to start?
Yes. You can create an account and start free — no credit card required to begin. You can explore your AI workforce before committing to a plan.
How does pricing and billing work?
One subscription includes every AI employee. You can pay monthly, quarterly, or annually, and actions run on work-credits included with your plan. See the pricing page for current plans and details.
What are work-credits?
Credits are consumed when an AI employee performs work. Lighter interactions like chatting and planning use fewer credits; heavier tasks use more. You can top up credits anytime.
Which AI employees are included?
Your plan includes the full lineup — from an executive assistant and customer support agent to sales, SEO, ad copy, video scripting, research, HR, finance, and more. You can meet each one on the AI Employees page.
What deployment options do you offer?
Three: SBN Cloud (our managed subscription), Private Cloud (deployed inside your own AWS, Azure, or GCP account), and On-Prem / Air-Gapped (fully inside your network) for the most sensitive workloads.
Where does my data live, and is it secure?
With private cloud and on-prem deployments, your data stays inside your own environment and never leaves your network. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized systems. Compliance certifications on our roadmap are listed on the Why Us page.
What tools can the AI employees integrate with?
Common business tools depending on the role — for example Gmail and Outlook, Google Calendar, LinkedIn, WordPress, HubSpot, Google Docs and Sheets, and WhatsApp. Each employee's page lists its integrations.
